CrossFit CoLex offers a free intro class for anyone who is interested in exploring CrossFit. In the one hour session, you will be instructed on the basics of CrossFit. We will guide you through a workout and provide detailed instruction on some of the more common CrossFit movements. We do offer a FREE Community Workout the 1st Saturday of every month. No experience required.
Enroll in our 8 class On-Ramp Course. These classes are designed to help you learn the foundational CrossFit movements. At the completion, you will have the confidence to join one of our group classes.
Once you have completed the On-Ramp course, we will help you choose the pricing plan that's right for you. Then join the regularly scheduled group classes and begin your CrossFit journey.
