CrossFit CoLex offers a free intro class for anyone who is interested in exploring CrossFit. In the one hour session, you will be instructed on the basics of CrossFit. We will guide you through a workout and provide detailed instruction on some of the more common CrossFit movements. This is the perfect opportunity to discover what CrossFit has to offer without making any major decisions.
Once you have completed your Free Intro Class, we will help you choose the pricing plan that's right for you. Then join the regularly scheduled group classes along with a recommended 4 Olympic Weightlifting classes and begin your CrossFit journey.
