CL30 is a revitalizing total body workout that mixes bootcamp style workouts and body weight awareness with cardio conditioning. CL30 was made for people with busy schedules! A 30 minute workout is just two percent of your day. CL30 will make you sweat while challenging your fitness and improve your flexibility.
Olympic Weightlifting's (Temporarily Canceled) main focus is to improve the technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk, and related lifts. Here you can expect to perform auxiliary exercises and drills to supplement the Olympic lifts. This program is intended to supplement your regular training routine and improve explosiveness, strength, and coordination in addition to improving comfort with the lifts.
