I didn’t know what I needed help with for my fitness goal, but now I have a general idea of what that is. First off let me say how much I have been enjoying CrossFit. Believe me I was one of those people what would make fun of CrossFit and yet here I am doing it and its not like I am being forced to do it, but I have a will to do it and knowing myself when I want to do something, I will do my best to work hard at it and become better. That’s how I was when I was in the Marines and I kinda lost sight of that mentality until I stepped foot into your gym. Your gym has a positive atmosphere to it and its mainly due to level of care you put into it and into the athletes. Not only have I felt this way but just about every other athlete I have talked to as well. So I want to thank you for your hard work and dedication to us. Next would be nutrition. I have talked to Rob about my nutrition and so far I have lost 16 pounds with just a simple change of diet. I want to thank you again for your dedication and effort you put day in and day out for us and for our community.
